Based in Thames, this role is responsible for developing and delivering programmes, activities and events relating to the aquatic programme. You will be required to effectively manage the aquatic programmes and assist in the delivery of classes from Learn to Swim to coaching squad swimmers of all ages up to Gold Squad levels.

This role is critical, as we already have national age group champions within our squad structure who we wish to progress. We also have a growing learn to swim programme that we are hopeful will develop more future champions!

Along with your passion for coaching, to be successful in this role you will need knowledge of the aquatic industry along with proven skills and experience in developing and executing aquatic programmes.

This successful candidate will need to be flexible with working hours as this position is required to work split shifts and attend swim meets on weekends.
